Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your email mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle GUI, you can create a brand new mail account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can redirect email messages from one email box to another, configure mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email boxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your email accounts against spam messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming e-mails according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you wish to redirect mails from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
